We service all of Indiana.
When is drop off/pick up time?
Drop off and pick up times will occur as listed per your contract. However, next day pickups will be scheduled if we are unable to pickup at the end of your event.
What sizes are your inflatables & equipment?
Our regular bounce houses measure 13’length x 13’wide x 16’height.
Our combo slide bounce houses measure 31’length x 13’width x 16’height.
Our tent measures 21’length x 29’width x 11’height.
Our tables are 6′ in length, and can accommodate 6 people per table.
Do you clean and sanitize your inflatables & equipment?
Yes, we strive for perfection at U Bounce Indy. We vacuum, wash, and sanitize all of our rental equipment after every use.
Do you set up inflatables and equipment?
We provide everything needed to set up all inflatables and tents, but pricing for tables and chairs does not include set up.
What kind of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, debit card, or any major credit card. We also accept Zelle, Cash App, and Venmo.
How do I book a reservation?
First set your event date or dates, start time, and end time found on any of our inventory pages.
Add your desired products to your cart by clicking on the cart icons, then click on the checkout button when you are ready to continue.
Enter your contact and event details, click on “Get a Quote”, and you will receive an email that will contain your event contract with detailed instructions to finalize your reservation.
Is a deposit required to book a reservation?
Yes, we require a 25% deposit to finalize your event reservation, this gets applied towards your event total.
